Special Fitness Programs This Summer

The Winds is working with the County Parks & Rec Dept to offer three great fitness classes throughout Summer 2010. The classes are open to the public but guests of The Winds can participate at either greatly reduced fees or for free!

Here’s the programs, schedules and fees:

Yoga
June 1 through September 2, 2010 Tuesday & Thursday’s from 7 am—8 am
Held at the Winds Beach Resort Club on the Oasis Deck!
Mats required
Fees:
Winds Guests: $5/class
Regular Fee: $40 per month, $10 Drop in Fee

Water Zumba:
May 4 —August 31 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 pm -6:30 pm
Winds Guests: Free
Regular Fee: $35/month or $10 Drop in

Water Aerobics
June 1– August 31 Mondays &  Thursdays from 9:30 am – 10:30 am
June 1– August 31 Tuesdays & Thursdays from 1:30 am – 2:30 pm
Winds Guests Free
Regular Fee: 2 times/week $35,  4 times/week $45, Drop in $10
