Video of Firefighting Plane

We found this very cool video on YouTube of a Canadair CL-215 Firefighting Plane at Ocean Isle Beach scooping up some salt water from the intracoastal waterway. It was posted on Sept. 29, 2008. The same kind of plane was used recently as part of efforts to extinguish a fire that was burning on a large tract of land in nearby Myrtle Beach, SC this Spring.
The fire destroyed over 70 homes and burned thousands of acres of land before it was finally extinguished!
